Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Originals are made to order. Please allow 10-14 days for these to be made.

For all commissioned pieces, these will follow a different timeline as the time varies according to size etc. You can read all about process over on the Commissions page.

Delivery

Everything is sent with Correos either standard or express. You will be sent a tracking number if you choose express. At checkout, the options available to where you are based will be displayed along with estimated delivery dates. No orders will be sent out over the weekend.

All original embroidery pieces (designs and commissions) are sent tracked and you will have the tracking number to check the status of your item.

US Customers: For orders below $800 please make sure the site is set to the United States. Mobile - You can change the country from the menu or the footer. Desktop - top right corner or in the footer. This is because all prints, postcards and stickers are printed in the U.S. for U.S. orders. 

Original artwork which includes commissions, that is over $800 will be available for you to purchase. Please note: embroidery is a grey area when it comes to original artwork so you may incur customs as prior to the executive order.

All other International orders: and especially for the UK as it is now listed in this zone, your item may arrive sooner than the dates shown. Also, please be aware that you may be subject to custom fees that are out of my control. Please check with your customs office for more details as these vary from country to country.

Please note: I am not liable for any parcels that go missing due to Correos or your local delivery service. 

P.O. Boxes

Correos does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Local Delivery

If you are in Vilanova i la Geltrú, I'll happily come and deliver your order! If you're in the surrounding areas send me a message and we can arrange a pickup.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive a notification of when your order has shipped and if you have a tracking number you will be able to check the status.
