It's important that a good, quality photo is chosen for the design. It must be:

  • Bright
  • Clear
  • Details are visible

How does it work?

Contact me using the form below or by email donna[at]shoutoutstitches.com to tell me about your idea. Please include the photo you would like to use.

From there, we will go through the finer details such as: timeline, size, and price. I normally work up to A5 or A4 size, but if you are looking for something bigger then we can see if it's doable.

The time and price all depend on what is to be included. The bigger and more complex the piece, the higher the price and longer it will take to complete.

You can always message me if you have any questions and I will respond within 24 hours.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the piece. I will be able to provide you with a timeline once we have the details of the piece finalised. Normally it takes 3-4 weeks from when you make your payment to complete and send.

I will do my best to accommodate any special dates or requests. 

Payment

Before I start stitching, a 50% deposit is required. After receipt of payment I will confirm with you as soon as I start, and keep you updated throughout the process. Once your embroidered piece is complete, the remaining 50% will be due. 

Payments can be made securely online via the checkout page (I will send you the link), bank transfer or PayPal.

Waiting list

I accept a certain number of commissions per year. Lead time will depend on the time of year and number of other commissions booked in my schedule. I will provide an estimated completion date upon your enquiry. For specific dates I will try my best to accommodate any special request.

Shipping

All embroidered artwork comes packed in a gift box that is safely and securely wrapped in protective paper, inside a a sturdy parcel box and is sent with a tracking number via correos.

If you are local we can arrange a pick up.
