Do you ship to my country?

Everything is available to purchase worldwide except to the US. Due to the tariffs I can only send original artwork that is over $800.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All hand-stitched artwork is made to order, please allow 10-14 days for your order to be ready to be dispatched.

Once shipped according to Correos your item will take:

1-4 business days - Spain
2-7 business days - EU and International

For prints, postcards and stickers these are sent standard post with Correos and should arrive in:

2-5 business days - Spain
4-10 business days - EU and International

How do I track my order?

All original hand-stitched art is sent with a tracking order. You will be emailed the tracking number once your item has shipped.

You can also sign in to your customer account on your Order History page where you will find detailed information about your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted and PayPal.

What is your returns/exchanges policy?

Please see the Refund Policy.

Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?

All original hand-stitched artwork and any limited edition prints will arrive with a certificate of authenticity. Open edition prints, postcards and stickers will not have a certificate of authenticity.

Are prints hand-signed?

Only limited edition prints are hand-signed. All other prints are not.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Yes, currently I accept commissions and you can find all the information on the Commission page.

Are you open to collaborations?

Yes, particularly with musicians, bands, and photographers. If you would like to work together please send me a message with your idea.
